We are excited to announce the 2025-2026 Sponsorship Opportunities available to TVEPC members and their respective companies. Any member who is interested in promoting their practice is invited to become a sponsor of one of our upcoming events.

IN PERSON Event Sponsors: $500 As an IN PERSON Meeting Sponsor, your attendance is included to the event. You will be allotted up to 5 minutes to present live to attendees at the beginning of the event. As a Meeting Sponsor, your company logo will be proudly posted on the specified meeting e-announcement with your contact information as well as provided on the meeting handout and meeting page on the TVEPC website. You can provide company materials to place at each seat at the specified meeting, and you're provided a complimentary dinner along with 5 minutes to present from the podium.

IN PERSON Wine Sponsors: $500 As an IN PERSON Wine Sponsor, your attendance is included to the event. You will be allotted up to 5 minutes to present live to attendees at the end of the event. As a Meeting Sponsor, your company logo will be proudly posted on the specified meeting e-announcement with your contact information as well as provided on the meeting handout and meeting page on the TVEPC website. You can provide company materials to place at each seat at the specified meeting, and you're provided a complimentary dinner along with 5 minutes to present from the podium.

ZOOM Meeting Sponsors: $250 As a ZOOM Meeting Sponsor, your attendance is included to the event. You will be allotted up to 5 minutes to present live to attendees at the beginning of the webinar. Your company logo and contact information will be proudly posted on the specified monthly meeting e-announcement which is emailed to all members and prospects. Your company logo and contact information will be displayed on the live webinar Welcome Loop and the meeting page on the TVEPC website. You can provide a 1 time email to the Council Administrator to send to members on your behalf. This email can be educational or personal. We ask that the communication not be sales related.

IN PERSON Networking Event Sponsors: $250 As a Networking Event Sponsor, your attendance is included to the event. Your company logo and contact information will be proudly posted on the specified monthly meeting e-announcement which is emailed to all members and prospects and posted to the council website. You will have your company logo/info placed in the center of the tables in the area we will be socializing. If you'd like for us to hand anything out (like flyers, pens, collateral, etc.) when we check people in, then please provide it to Tiffany Sutton-McFarland ahead of time (at least one day before the event). Directory/Website Advertisements: $300 Half Page Online Ad. Your advertisement will be proudly displayed on the TVEPC website home page and member directory page, with a link to your own website or email address.
