Michael S. Pierson, Partner

Michael S. Pierson is a partner at Key Counsel, P.C., where he focuses on civil litigation, probate and conservatorships. He is the President-Elect of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and has also served as a Temporary Judge. In addition to his legal practice, Michael is an AI consultant and frequent speaker, advising professionals on integrating artificial intelligence into law, business, and estate planning. A graduate of UC Berkeley and JFKU School of Law, he combines courtroom experience with forward-looking insights on technology and innovation.
