Please come and join the Tri Valley EPC at Amphora Nueva to catch up with your fellow members and guests while tasting some delicious olive oils and vinegars!
There is NO COST to attend, and all attendees will be able to enjoy a tasting complimented with drinks and light refreshments.
The evening will include mocktails and light bites. The main event will be a guided olive oil and vinegar tasting, where guests will learn about flavor profiles, pairing techniques, and how different oils and vinegars can elevate everyday dishes. The experience will also include recipe ideas and practical tips for incorporating these oils and vinegars into simple appetizers, salads, marinades, and main dishes, giving attendees inspiration they can easily recreate at home.
